The major hrHPV genotype was HPV53 in Kazakh and HPV16 in Uyghur, Han, and Hui ethnic groups. The age-stratified data suggested that the highest HPV infection rate in Han, Hui, and Kazakh women was among 25-34 year-olds, but in the 35-44 year-old group for Uyghur.
