Patients were divided into a study group (Xuanbai Chengqi Decoction + conventional Western medicine treatment, 83 cases) and a control group (conventional Western medicine treatment, 83 cases). The clinical efficacy, Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) syndrome scores, blood routine indicators, inflammatory factors, and other clinical outcomes were compared between the two groups.</p><p><strong>Results: </strong>Before treatment, there were no significant differences in the above-mentioned indicators between the two groups (P > 0.05).
