A Bernoulli random variable is employed to find the success ratio of deception attacks. By designing a suitable Lyapunov–Krasovskii functional (LKF) and utilizing Jensen’s inequality, a sufficient condition is expressed in the form of a linear matrix inequality (LMI) to ensure the asymptotic synchronization of the proposed model. Based on the UDE approach, the effects of unknown system uncertainty and external disturbance are nullified by introducing an appropriate filter.
