Implement policies to prevent misrepresentations when accepting donations from boosters, alumni

The high-profile parents of a student-athlete filed a three-count civil complaint against the University of Southern California alleging that USC engaged in fraud while at the same time concealing pertinent facts that the couple relied on when deciding to make a series of financial donations to the university. The complaint, filed by John and Leslie Wilson, demands that the university return a $100,000 donation they made in connection with their son's admission to the school, along with an additional $75 million in damages (Compl.
