The STS global score and the psychological distress subscale had extremely high consistency.</p><p><strong>Conclusion: </strong>The translation and adaptation of the STS established linguistic and Arabic cultural equivalence with the original version. Furthermore, the adapted version demonstrated good internal consistency.
