摘要

目的本研究旨在评估照顾者负担对中国自闭症谱系障碍（ASD）儿童家庭心理弹性的影响，并探讨社会支持和积极认知在这一关联中的潜在中介作用。设计与方法采用方便抽样的方法，于2021年6 - 8月从浙江省温州市和宁波市5家ASD康复机构共招募了254名ASD患儿家长。采用Zarit负担量表、社会支持率量表、疾病认知量表-家长版和家庭弹性评估量表，探讨社会支持和疾病认知在照顾者负担与家庭弹性之间的中介作用机制。采用结构方程模型来评价各变量之间的关系。结果照料者负担与家庭弹性呈负相关，社会支持在其中起部分中介作用（占总效应的17.86%），二者通过社会支持和积极认知间接关联（占总效应的3.76%）。结论需要采取干预措施，增强社会支持和积极认知，以减轻照顾者负担对ASD患儿父母家庭弹性的负面影响。
