摘要

在“双减员”政策和后大流行时代背景下,本研究旨在调查7,642名中国教师的职业倦怠状况。采用问卷调查的方式收集资料,并通过潜在剖面分析和多项逻辑回归分析进行分析。结果表明,教师存在低倦怠、情绪耗竭和成就损失三种职业倦怠模式。年龄越大、师生关系越积极、掌握目标结构越高的教师在低倦怠组中出现的可能性越大。综合考虑上述因素,可以针对不同的教师职业倦怠模式实施针对性的干预。
