摘要

以2-氨基-6-(三氟甲基)苯腈为原料,水解得到2-氨基-6-(三氟甲基)苯甲酸,再与异硫氰酸苯酯反应得到2-巯基-3-苯基-5-(三氟甲基)喹唑啉-4(3H)- 1,再与丙炔溴烷基化得到丙炔基化喹唑啉酮衍生物。末端丙炔基在强碱存在下与各种取代苯甲醛肟反应,得到异恶唑取代喹唑啉酮衍生物。最终得到了对HeLa、COLO 205、HepG2、MCF7等4种人类癌细胞具有抗肿瘤活性的化合物和有前景的化合物。
