Comment réussir un Retex ?

Le retour d’expérience (RetEx) est une analyse post évènement qui vise à améliorer les pratiques. En médecine, cela correspond à la revue morbi-mortalité (RMM). La démarche du RetEx a été initiée dans les domaines aéronautiques et militaires. La NASA cherchait comment tirer les enseignements d’accidents grâce à une méthodologie scientifique de l’analyse des faits et une transparence accrue au sein de l’organisation. Dans le monde complexe et chaotique dans lequel nous vivons, ce travail paraît toujours plus indispensable pour préparer les crises du futur.
