The traditional group underwent diagnostic wax design, traditional film compression to make crown extension guide, 3D printed temporary crown after crown extension, and scored at 1 month, 3 months and 6 months after wearing the temporary crown. The clinical effect was evaluated from papilla index score(PIS), pink esthetic score(PES), white esthetic score(WES) and patient satisfaction. SPSS 28.0 software package was used for statistical analysis of the data.</p><p><strong>Results: </strong>The PIS score of the 3D printing group at 6 months was significantly better than that of the traditional restoration group(P<0.05). The PES scores of 3D printing group at 1, 3 and 6 months were significantly higher than those of traditional restoration group(P<0.05). WES scores at 1 month and 6 months in the 3D printing group were significantly higher than those in the traditional restoration group(P<0.05). 摘要

目的:评价3D打印双定位冠延伸导具联合3D打印临时冠在前牙红色美观修复中的临床效果。方法:将20例(共70颗牙)需要美观修复的患者随机分为3D打印组(9例,36颗牙)和传统修复组(11例,34颗牙)。3D打印团队进行数字化设计,3D打印双定位冠延长导具辅助冠延长手术,术后使用3D打印临时冠。传统组分别采用诊断蜡设计、传统膜压缩制作冠外伸引导、冠外伸后3D打印临时冠,并于佩戴临时冠后1个月、3个月、6个月进行评分。从乳头指数评分(PIS)、粉红色审美评分(PES)、白色审美评分(WES)和患者满意度评价临床效果。采用SPSS 28.0软件包对数据进行统计分析。结果:3D打印组6个月时PIS评分明显优于传统修复组(P<0.05)。3D打印组患者1、3、6个月PES评分均显著高于传统修复组(P<0.05)。3D打印组1个月、6个月WES评分显著高于传统修复组(P<0.05)。3D打印组患者总体满意度评分高于传统修复组。结论:应用数字化设计、3D打印双定位冠延长引导器和临时冠指导前牙美观冠延长修复,可提高美观修复效果,使患者获得更好的美观修复体验。
