The results of CBCT 3D reconstruction were close to operation findings. 摘要

目的:探讨x线与锥束CT(CBCT)三维重建对青少年正畸患者阻生牙的诊断价值。方法:选择2021年5月~ 2024年5月在保定市第二医院住院的青少年正畸患者86例126颗阻生牙进行x线检查和CBCT三维重建。通过比较两种方法对阻生牙位置和邻近解剖结构的显示能力,评价两种方法的诊断效率和准确性。采用SPSS 26.0软件包对数据进行统计分析。结果:126例阻生牙中,上颌前牙区40例(52颗牙),上颌后牙区8例(12颗牙),上颌多生牙12例(20颗牙),下颌前牙区14例(22颗牙),下颌后牙区8例(14颗牙),下颌多生牙4例(6颗牙)。CBCT三维重建结果与手术表现接近。CBCT三维重建在大多数指标上都优于x线片,特别是在敏感性和阳性预测值方面,显示出更高的诊断效率。结论:CBCT三维重建对青少年正畸患者阻生牙的诊断具有较高的诊断价值,尤其是对阻生牙位置的准确评估。
