At first glance, success seems to be dependent upon nothing more than structured project management. However, often the process can be perceived as confusing, burdensome, and stressful. This uneasiness suggests that there may be vulnerabilities in the self-study process that must be acknowledged. Failure to do so may result in lack of buy-in and low motivation. Anticipating blind spots may avoid negative outcomes and result in a positive, team-oriented process.
