The data were analyzed using a paired <i>t</i> test.</p><p><p>The primary parameters measured were the ratios of auricle width to lobular width and auricle height to lobular height for each subject's right and left auricles. The differences between the reconstructed auricle and the normal contralateral side were assessed.</p><p><p>In a sample of 20 patients, no significant difference was observed in the ratio of auricle width to lobular width (<i>P</i> > .05).
