In a murine CRC model, the combination therapy significantly inhibited tumor growth and enhanced immune cell function.</p><p><strong>Conclusion: </strong>These findings highlight the importance of CD8+ CD28+ T cells as potential biomarkers for predicting treatment outcomes in CRC.
