摘要

目的：我们报告了一例双侧神经视网膜炎样图片，服用索非布韦和维帕他韦形式的直接作用抗病毒药物（DAAs）治疗慢性丙型肝炎感染。方法：回顾性观察病例报告和文献复习。结果：49岁健康男性，已知慢性丙型肝炎病例；在接受DAAs-sofosbuvir和velpatasvir治疗treatment-naïve丙型肝炎后出现双侧无痛性视力下降，经过彻底检查，排除其他原因并停止药物治疗后，病变完全消退。结论：直接作用抗病毒药物（DAAs）治疗慢性丙型肝炎应考虑眼部副作用，因为这些是目前治疗慢性丙型肝炎的标准护理。
