目的：评价法利昔单抗治疗1例既往治疗难治性息肉样脉络膜血管病变（PCV）的解剖学和功能预后。主要发现：一名56岁的PCV患者表现为大色素上皮脱离（PED），在4个月Faricimab注射后的2个月随访中，最佳矫正视力（BCVA）改善，视网膜下液（SRF）减少，PED高度降低。该患者先前接受过阿非利西普、Brolucizumab和光动力治疗（PDT），但疗效不佳。结论：尽管Faricimab被证明在对既往治疗反应不良的PCV病例中是一种有效的替代方案，但明确的证据仍需要在更大规模的研究中得到证实。
