The study evaluated the impact of anemia, a hemoglobin level lower than 12 g/dL, on the likelihood of cesarean section, labor duration, delivery time, and neonatal outcomes.</p><p><strong>Results: </strong>With 183 participants, findings indicate no significant difference in perinatal outcomes between anemic and non-anemic groups, suggesting that mild anemia may not significantly affect dinoprostone insert-induced labor outcomes.</p><p><strong>Conclusions: </strong>The study highlights the importance of a nuanced approach to managing anemia in pregnancy, emphasizing the necessity for individualized treatment strategies.
