Effectiveness of transurethral enucleation with bipolar for benign prostatic hyperplasia patients with chronic prostatitis/chronic pelvic pain syndrome – Single center retrospective study

Introduction

Transurethral prostate surgery is the standard procedure for patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH), while the efficacy of surgical treatment for patients with chronic prostatitis/chronic pelvic pain syndrome (CP/CPPS) remains unclear.
