This article examines the progressive integration of AI within medicine and radiology, highlighting its transformative potential alongside its inherent risks. As society reaps the benefits of these unprecedented innovations, a comprehensive and vigilant regulatory approach remains imperative to ensure responsible and ethical implementation.
