A total of 201 Turkish nurses (aged> 18 years) working in an oncology clinic in Türkiye were investigated. Data were collected between January and May 2022 using the snowball method. The data collection process involved a descriptive information form, the Psychological Capital Scale, the Compassion Scale, and the Nurse Spiritual Care Therapeutics Scale. The PROCESS macro for SPSS was used to test the mediation model. The results revealed that oncology nurses' compassion plays a partially mediating effect in the relationship between psychological capital and therapeutic spiritual care. Psychological capital positively predicts compassion, and psychological capital and compassion positively predict therapeutic spiritual care.
