Seventy-four mothers were enrolled in the study. In the study, the experimental group received a four-session vaccine education program, one week apart. The study used mixed ANOVA to explore the interaction between time and group. Effect sizes were interpreted using partial eta squared.</p><p><strong>Results: </strong>Vaccine literacy increased significantly in the intervention group in the post-test, and the intervention had a large effect size.
