This review provides a comprehensive exploration of advancements in biologics that target and inhibit inflammatory cytokine receptors, specifically TNF-α, IL-6, and IL-1β, as well as B lymphocyte receptors, TLR4, nanodrugs, and Janus kinase (JAK) inhibitors in the context of RA.
