NDM-positive isolates exhibited higher resistance and were associated with significant mortality (75%).</p><p><strong>Conclusion: </strong>NDM-positive <i>Acinetobacter</i> isolates are significant ICU pathogens with poor outcomes. Key risk factors include prolonged ICU stays, prior antimicrobial use, and inadequate therapy.
