Notably, certain bacterial metabolites, such as inosine, contribute to enhanced antitumor activity by stimulating IFN-γ in CD8 + T cells.</p><p><strong>Summary: </strong>Understanding the interplay between microbiota and skin cancer treatment opens promising avenues for adjunctive therapies.
