Radiographic and advanced imaging revealed widespread skeletal lesions consistent with osteochondromatosis. Hematologic evaluation indicated pancytopenia with dysplastic megakaryocytes and marrow infiltration. Immunohistochemical staining confirmed latent Epstein-Barr virus infection, suggesting its role in the pathogenesis of both the osteochondromatous and hematologic abnormalities.
