摘要

本文首次采用Knudsen液流质谱法研究了cs20 - al2o3 - sio2体系陶瓷在1000 ~ 1200 K温度范围内的蒸发过程和热力学性质。汽相分压、组分活度和吉布斯能的数值表明,其热力学性质与理想溶液模型存在负偏差。利用关联解的广义点阵理论对得到的热力学性质实验值进行了优化。
