Post-puncture, the ureterocele decompressed, with improved left hydronephrosis and a normal right kidney. Postnatal follow-up showed bilateral HUN improvement. At term, the baby was delivered without complications, but the ureterocele refilled, necessitating a postnatal transurethral incision.
