摘要

膜翅目毒液敏感的患者可能出现全身反应，严重的患者甚至可能出现危及生命的症状，如晕倒和晕厥。在这里，我们报告了一例过敏反应引发的多重致敏膜翅目毒液。临床诊断和体外过敏原检测显示患者对黄蜂和/或火蚁毒液有过敏反应。在临床实践中，对膜翅目毒液过敏反应患者进行过敏原检测，旨在明确致敏蛋白，为今后中国膜翅目毒液免疫治疗研究奠定基础。对于膜翅虫过敏的患者，日常户外保护是至关重要的，必要时可以随身携带肾上腺素注射器。
