Among women, no significant differences were observed between BS and non-skippers. Multivariate regression analysis confirmed that BS was an independent predictor of higher FPG levels in men (<i>p</i> < .01); waist circumference emerged as the primary predictor of FPG in women (<i>p</i> < .001).
