The objective of this study was to examine generic and disease specific HRQOL and symptoms in CRS patients before and 6 months after sinus surgery.</p><p><strong>Methods: </strong>This prospective, observational study consisted of 30 patients with chronic sinusitis. 摘要
目的：慢性鼻窦炎（CRS）对健康相关生活质量（HRQOL）有影响。本研究的目的是检查鼻窦手术前和术后6个月CRS患者的一般和疾病特异性HRQOL和症状。方法：这项前瞻性观察性研究包括30例慢性鼻窦炎患者。一般HRQOL和疾病特异性HRQOL采用简短健康调查（SF 36）和Sino - Nasal Outcome Test （SNOT 22）进行测量。结果：慢性鼻窦炎对患者的生活质量有显著影响，体现在患者的活力、心理健康、社会活动、身体疼痛和感知健康状况等方面，功能性鼻窦内窥镜手术（FESS）不仅与症状改善呈正相关，而且与整体生活质量的改善呈正相关。结论：FESS是改善慢性鼻窦炎相关症状的一种有用且必要的干预措施，同时也可以改善严重受慢性鼻窦炎影响的个体的生活质量。
