Enhancing Treg metabolism to boost their suppressive function offers promising therapeutic potential for alleviating inflammatory symptoms in autoimmune diseases. Conversely, inhibiting Treg metabolism to reduce their suppressive function can enhance the efficacy of traditional immunotherapy in cancer patients.
