互联网是互动和娱乐的重要工具。今天,我们正在见证新一代互联网工具——社交网络的形成。沉迷于这些网络会导致有害的行为,比如减少学习时间,扰乱过度使用这些网络的用户的学习过程。Instagram是年轻人最常用的社交网络之一。由于伊朗缺乏这一标题的研究,本研究调查了护理学生Instagram成瘾与学业拖延之间的关系。方法与材料:本研究采用描述性分析方法,对2001年在伊朗呼罗珊省戈纳巴德医科大学就读的209名护理本科生进行调查。抽样方法为人口普查,通过人口统计信息问卷、Solomon and Roth-Bloom学业拖延量表和Instagram成瘾问卷收集数据。数据分析采用SPSS 23版软件,并采用描述性统计和Pearson相关系数检验。结果:研究单位以男性居多(52.6%)。Instagram成瘾的平均得分为47.10±27.83,学业拖延的平均得分为52.5±39.25。与备考相关的学业拖延平均得分最高,为22.3±08.06。Instagram成瘾与学业拖延存在显著正相关(p < 0.05)。结论与讨论:本研究发现Instagram成瘾与学业拖延之间存在正相关关系;随着越来越多地使用Instagram,学习拖延症也在增加。考虑到护生在维护社会健康中的重要性和作用,有必要更多地关注这些人的教育状况。因此,这种现象可以通过实施强调这一问题对学生的重要性的教育计划来缓解。管理者和专家可以利用这项研究的结果来制定这方面的战略。
