摘要

目的:介绍一种用标准刀处理后向大核碎片脱位的方法。方法:采用23G手持式辅助照明器作为光源,经鼻间自封口照射,同时使用phacoragmatome和标准phacochopper将较大的核碎片破碎成较小的核碎片。结果:应用该技术完成了1例后向大核碎片脱位手术。切割所需的时间显著减少,所需的超声能量也显著减少。无港口部位并发症。结论:该技术在玻璃体腔内将核分裂成小碎片,可提高手术的可操作性,减少超声能量的消耗。
