ECPR in patients with cardiac arrest has been shown to significantly improve the prognosis. In emergency rooms, interdisciplinary coordination exists among emergency medicine, cardiology, critical care, and perfusion technology. However, some problems must be solved, such as excessive costs, resource allocation, and the need for specialized equipment.
