This review explores key developments in radiobiology, including molecular imaging, radiomics, biomarkers of radiosensitivity, microdosimetry, theranostics, and artificial intelligence. These techniques enable a more precise understanding of tumor biology, prediction of treatment response, and optimization of radiation dose delivery.
