An evidence-based, multicomponent CNS transition to practice onboarding program was developed to support newly hired CNSs to a large healthcare organization which resulted in a 93% retention rate and high job satisfaction. A Call to Nurse Leaders to Support Clinical Nurse Specialist Transition to Practice Programs
