Preclinical studies in models of lung, prostate, breast, and gastrointestinal cancers indicate that GHRH analogs could offer a novel therapeutic approach with minimal toxicity. Additionally, GHRH antagonists are being investigated for their potential in treating neurodegenerative diseases and inflammatory conditions.
