Numerical Analysis of the Possibility of High-Speed Screw Feeding of Charges for Solid-Fuel Shock Wave Generators
The advantages of explosive energy converters over others are outlined, as is the problem of high-speed mechanical supply of charges, for example, when drilling with a series of explosions. The increase in productivity due to an increase in the number of passes and supports on the auger is estimated. In this case, all supports, both end and intermediate, are equidistant from those adjacent to each of them, are rigid and hinged, and are also attached to the auger axis; i.e., they exclude radial movements of the auger axis at their location points. This study was carried out using known numerical solution methods and computer programs.
