The data were analyzed by content analysis.</p><p><strong>Results: </strong>the Community of Practice has allowed the participation of 1,765 professionals from 20 countries, with a total of 4,001 posts. The topics analyzed (education, employment, leadership and service delivery) were addressed from the perspective of professionals from different countries, presenting the challenges they face and their reflections regarding the situation of nursing in the region.</p><p><strong>Conclusions: </strong>the platform allowed professionals from different countries and performance scopes to interact and discuss relevant topics for nursing education and practice in the Region of the Americas.
