In this article, we describe a teaching strategy with a methodology based on artistic movements and training content developed by the Family and Community Care Teaching Unit of Asturias during a training day for tutors held in 2022. Art promotes reflection, allows for the exploration of different viewpoints, stimulates creativity, provokes thought, it’s therapeutic, and serves an important social function.
