Frequently, it affects multiple organs, but may sometimes be localized to single area such as the testes. Angiography can be a diagnostic alternative to tissue biopsy and surgery. Some previous studies have reported that presented the angiographic evidence of the involvement of the renal, hepatic, splenic, superior mesenteric, inferior mesenteric, and extremity arteries in PAN, but there are apparently no past reports of the involvement of the testicular arteries. 结节性多动脉炎(PAN)是一种血管炎,其特征是中动脉或小动脉的坏死性动脉炎,可累及任何器官。通常会累及多个器官,但有时也会局限于单个部位,如睾丸。血管造影可作为组织活检和手术的替代诊断方法。以往的一些研究报告显示,PAN 患者的肾动脉、肝动脉、脾动脉、肠系膜上动脉、肠系膜下动脉和四肢动脉均受累,但睾丸动脉受累的情况却鲜有报道。我们在此介绍 PAN 患者睾丸动脉受累的血管造影结果。
