Camera-acquired respiratory rate showed moderate correlation (R ∼ 0.65).</p><p><strong>Conclusions: </strong>These results show that camera acquisition of vital signs is theoretically feasible in wilderness and space-analog environments. HR may be highly accurate even using current technology.
