摘要

目的描述北京协和医院的姑息关怀模式，为其他综合医院的姑息关怀工作提供参考。方法在北京协和医院姑息医学中心开展实地研究，通过参与式观察、深度访谈、实物收集等方法收集数据，并进行主题分析，提炼主题，分析结果。结果共获得 9 个主题，总结出 "榕树模式"。结论北京协和医院的姑息关怀模式适合综合医院姑息关怀的发展，具有参考价值。
