Pituitary hyperplasia secondary to primary hypothyroidism in adolescents: A medical case report and literature review

Although PHPH may present similarly to pituitary adenoma, it is responsive to thyroxine therapy, underscoring the critical role of differential diagnosis in the treatment of adolescent patients.
