Bacteriophages offer specificity, abundance, and minimal side effects, but challenges like safety concerns and potential resistance limit their widespread use.</p><p><strong>Conclusion: </strong>Bacteriophage therapy shows promise as an antibiotic alternative but faces safety and resistance challenges.
