CuSe with excellent performance was chosen as TB antigen (Ag) label. The correlation between photocurrent and TB concentration will be reflected through the competitive combining of TB antibodies (Ab) with TB or Ag-CuSe. The lower the TB concentration, the more Ag-CuSe was connected to the Ab, which eventually resulted in an augmentation in photocurrent. Under optimal conditions, the sensitive detection of TB was realized within the range of 100 fg/mL to 100<!-- --> <!-- -->ng/mL with the limit of detection (LOD) of 10.3 fg/mL. The constructed PEC sensor possesses excellent selectivity and stability.
