摘要

目的:评价PDCA循环教学模式在口腔修复专业住院医师规范化培训教学中的应用效果:选取上海市口腔医院2020-2022年共46名口腔专业住院医师作为研究对象,分为实验组(n=23)和对照组(n=23),对照组采用常规教学方法,实验组在对照组的基础上采用PDCA循环教学方法。采用 SPSS 20.0 软件包对两组住院医师的理论考核、临床操作考核和教学效果满意度进行比较:结果:实验组住院医师的理论考核、临床操作考核和满意度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05):与传统模式教学组相比,PDCA循环教学模式能更个性化地培养口腔住院医师,更好地提高临床综合素质和专业水平,达到良好的反馈效果。
