长江经济带（YEB）战略作为中国三大发展战略之一，在加强港城协同发展方面发挥着重要作用。本研究采用差分法（DID），利用 2005-2019 年间长江经济带沿线 15 对港口城市的面板数据，研究长江经济带战略对港口城市协同发展的影响。结果表明，YEB战略通过对运输、仓储和邮政行业的固定资产投资，显著促进了港城协同发展，尤其是对于经济发达的港口城市和远离港口的城市。建议决策者优先考虑这些行业的固定资产投资，并根据不同类型的城市制定差异化的协同发展计划。
