By the use of Smart-PLS, the results indicate that academic members with <i>conscientious</i>, <i>agreeable</i> and <i>openness</i> personality traits tend to show higher levels of OCB. On the flip side, <i>neuroticism</i> negatively predicts academics' OCB.
