In this chapter, we begin by discussing the various types of cancer vaccines and categories of tumor antigens. Then, we summarize the classification of adjuvants for cancer vaccines, including immunostimulatory molecules and delivery systems, and clarify the various factors that influence the properties of adjuvants, such as chemical composition, structure, and surface modification.
